THE TEAM

We are a small, yet effective team, here to turn the contents of the business plan into a reality, so you can see where your funding has been invested.

We will at times work with 3rd parties to assist in the delivery of BID led initiatives, but we also focus our efforts on identifying and nurturing relationships with organisations and groups to encourage applications for funding to us.  By working in this manner we are able to ensure that the BID is able to deliver more, consistently, across a large geographical area, without having to increase operating costs.

CEO

Joined the original task group in 2018 before being appointed to operate YCBID, and later, Route YC, on behalf of the board of directors. 

ELAINE STEPHENSON

PROJECT MANAGER

Originally from a retail and operations background, Elaine joined the team in 2021 to take the lead of managing key events and working with partners to develop new initiatives.

LISA CRAVEN

COMMUNICATIONS

With a background in media and the motor industry, Lisa joined in 2019 originally to assist with projects, and prior to maternity leave, helping with the companies communications.
