To enable more events to take place throughout the Yorkshire Coast and reduce the costs for organisers, we have purchased a hospitality trailer and fitted the unit out with PA equipment.
This self-contained unit is available to all to use for commercial use only and you can view all of the information on this page.
The process will be simple:

2. Complete your application form with preferred dates
3. We will then contact you to discuss the next steps, inclusive of insurance requirements.
The PA Trailer is free of charge to BID businesses and any requirements for sound engineer, additional equipment, hosting, promo team will be discussed with you directly.
Any interested parties can also book use of the equipment and costs will be discussed for usage in line with your requirements.
