What is the Whitby Christmas Festival?

The Whitby Christmas Festival is a festive weekend of celebration, entertainment, retail opportunities, and fun.

The festival includes a Christmas market, offering out-of-season sales opportunities for a diverse range of local makers, traders and producers, a variety of exciting food and drink concessions, professional and community entertainment, fireworks and Father Christmas.

The funding has been specifically identified for use in supporting the infrastructure, staging and fees associated with the professional and community entertainment
