Route YC has created the opportunity to welcome targeted audiences such as cyclists to explore the Yorkshire Coast throughout the shoulder seasons. As part of this strategy, we are focused on adding significant infrastructure across the area that will help to encourage cyclists to stay longer and experience more of the area.
We have taken delivery and installed ten Bicycle Repair Stations which are sited on BID businesses across the Coast. These stations are unmanned, totem pole structures which include a bike rack and equipment secured on pulleys to make all types of repairs on the go and will be mapped into the Route YC website.
