This year we have supported Bridlington in Bloom to brighten up the highstreets of Bridlington with window boxes and hanging baskets throughout the town.
Over the last week, the volunteer team has installed 77 baskets, six medium boxes, 12 large boxes and seven planters with pollinator-loving plants giving the area a bright and floral splash of colour.
We have invested £7,000 to enable this to happen, with funding to take care of the watering over the coming months included.
