We are pleased to announce that following the recent opening up of the Yorkshire Coast BID Board, that the representatives have met, and now the process of formally appointing them as Directors of the BID Company is underway.

At the first meeting, a number of areas were discussed, including revising the Member rules to ensure that the Company and Board operate transparently in the best interest of all of its levy payers at all times.

To allow for the transition to take place and give the representatives time to reflect on all suggestions submitted for review, we will be announcing in due course who is on the Board and how business can find out more about the BID year 1 strategy.
