Scarborough Borough Council has agreed to launch an independent investigation into how they managed and conducted the ballot process for the Yorkshire Coast BID.
We welcome this investigation as it will clearly communicate that the Yorkshire Coast BID had no involvement in the ballot process and that it was run in full compliance as per BID regulations 2004. It also furthers our commitment to transparency both in the operation of the BID and our plans for the future.
