This year we are supporting the Filey & District Lions Club annual FREE Bonfire and Firework event, which will take place at West Avenue Car Park, Filey.
The Event opens at 5pm the Bonfire lit at 6pm and the Fireworks at 7pm and there will be food and drink stalls, toffee apples, retro sweets and doughnuts to name a few. Toilets will also available.
We are supporting this allowing them to upgrade the fireworks and ensure that they are biodegradable. The event has seen a rise in nearly 50% of the core costs and has heavily relied on their fundraising to cover the £10,000, so we are happy to be able to support.
