This October we brought the Yorkshire Coast Super Soapbox Challenge to Bridlington as this years host town.
While we had to reschedule to dates last minute due to the Queens passing, there was a fantastic turn out on the day and one which we have received brilliant feedback from visitors and contestant who loved seeing the high energy wacky carts start from our huge ramp on South Marine Drive.
While our final report is being prepared, we have produced the below video to give you a flavour of what was involved for those that were not able to make it down on the day.
A big thank you is due to the RNLI for working with us to make the course possible and with our secondary car park donations, has helped them raise over £800 on the day.
Th big question is, where do we take the Super Soapbox Challenge to next? If you want to see it come to your town next year get in touch as we are now planning for 2023 and both Scarborough and Bridlington (again) is looking to like the 2023 choice from feedback we have received so far!
